Dr Akhilesh Palvannan

Biography

Dr Akhilesh Palvannan (Dr Akka) has a bachelor of Oral Health (Dental Science) and a Graduate Diploma of Dentistry , both of which he completed at Griffith University, Gold Coast.

Dr. Akka is passionate about relieving patient anxiety in the dental chair and instilling confidence by helping patients with their oral health. He understands that going to the dentist can be challenging. His gentle and caring approach allows for patients to have a pain-free and comfortable experience in the dental chair. Dr Akka always aims to deliver high quality functional dentistry with an ethical focus. He believes that patient involvement in decision making is imperative for long term dental success.

Dr. Akka enjoys all areas of General Dentistry, with special interests in cosmetic smile makeovers, implant dentistry and restoring function with crown/bridge work. Dr. Akka is also a qualified Invisalign Go provider.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Akka considers himself a cricket and tennis fanatic. He spends his free time playing competitive tennis, cooking and exploring the outdoors.
